Q. What is CME's parts delivery charges?

A. CME offers several delivery options, including over night, Saturday and holiday delivery as well same day, thus our charges will vary based on customer's demand. We do however, impose a minimum charge of $75 for packing and handling outside of normal operating hours.

Local Pickup is always welcomed

Q. What is CME's Return Policy?

A. CME offers a 10 day return policy on all parts. a 20% restocking charge, S/H fees will apply.

Q. What is the warranty period on CME's parts?

A. 30 and 60 days, extended warranty may be purchased at additional charge. This charge will be equal to 30% of the non exchange price of the item / year, and can be prorated monthly. A minimum of $100.00 fee is applicable.

Q. What is the return requirement on exchange parts?

A. CME's policy requires customer to send the exchange parts back, within 15 days of original shipment date. Failure to comply will result in adjustments to the original price of up to 200% and not to exceed the original quoted  non-exchange price.

Q. Is there charges or late fees for invoices?

Unless otherwise specified in advance, CME charges a 10% late fee, plus 18% interest on unpaid balances, plus collection fees and any legal fees associtaed in collections.

 

Q. Does CME offer warranty on installation service?

 

A. CME offers 30 days limited warranty, and Based on equipment, will offer a warranty of any length, by form of a "service contract".

All as detailed per the customised agreement per each tailored project.

 

Q. How about the equipment , purchased directly from CME?

 

A. Warentee is "service". In order to keep our prices as low as possible, all of CME's equipment is sold as is in good working order or as specified per individual project. Partial and full warentee are offered as per each project requirements. Extended options are offered as well.

 

Q. Do I need to sign an agreement to purchase or pay any deposit to inspect equipment in stock?

No, just call for appointment. Inspections of stocked equipment have no strings attached. However we do encourage entering into

agreement with CME to make sure you lock equipment availabilty, otherwise all equipment is sold on first come first serve basis.

 

Q. Can you provide assistance in site planning even though I am purchasing from somewhere else?

Yes, please inquire for charges.
